SDG Implementation Mechanisms at National Level.

18 December 2017: The UN Development Programme (UNDP) released a guidance note on integration and coordination mechanisms for implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

the note illustrates that many countries are adapting and expanding institutional frameworks established during MDGs era, for SDG implementation. And it recommends that such institutions should be positioned within the governmental sector to ensure effective coordination and should develop some froms of decentralization in order to ensure representation of local focal points in the NCSD.

Implementing SDG mechanisms at national level should be carefully progressed correspondingly to country's circumstances as
each country has its different cultural background, resources, features and others. Moreover, to make it effective to implement SDGs in the states, all stakeholders such as governments, private sector, international institutions, and civil society should be well aware of a nation's issues and jointly cooperate each other.
